Domaine des Carabiniers works the Southern Rhône, where the Mistral wind and limestone soils shape wines of intensity and precision. The estate produces Lirac Rouge and Lunar Apogé Rouge, both Syrah-based reds that have drawn assessment from Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, and Falstaff. The Lirac blends Syrah with Mourvèdre and Grenache—a classic Southern Rhône structure built for depth. Tavel Rosé, made from Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Clairette, demonstrates the region's capacity for serious dry rosé. These wines reflect the biodynamic approach to viticulture, which emphasizes soil health and natural rhythms in the vineyard.
