Domaine de Val Frais produces wines from the Southern Rhône, where the Mediterranean climate and ancient soils shape bold, structured reds. The winery's Châteauneuf-du-Pape blends Shiraz, Grenache, and Mourvèdre into a wine of depth and complexity—a hallmark of the appellation's most serious expressions. The Vacqueyras, built from the same trio of grapes in different proportions, offers a more approachable entry point to Southern Rhône character.
