Walson Holland produces wines from California that draw on Rhône and Mediterranean grape varieties. The winery's Mélange Blanc—a blend of Marsanne, Viognier, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc—represents a white wine approach rooted in the aromatic, mineral-driven character of those varieties. The M élange Rouge combines Graciano, Shiraz/Syrah, Viognier, Petite Sirah, and Grenache into a structured red. A straight Chardonnay rounds out the portfolio. Decanter, Wine Advocate, and Wine Enthusiast have rated these wines, with the Mélange Blanc and Mélange Rouge earning particular recognition among the three.
