Weingut Dr Leimbrock-C Schmidt
Weingut Dr Leimbrock-C Schmidt produces Rieslings from the Mosel, Germany's most celebrated region for the variety. The winery's portfolio centers on two vineyard sites: Graacher Himmelreich and Brauneberger Juffer, both sources of wines in the Spätlese and Auslese styles. The Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spätlese and Brauneberger Juffer Riesling Auslese have been rated by Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator. Mosel Rieslings are defined by their mineral precision, natural acidity, and ability to express terroir across a spectrum of ripeness levels—from dry to nobly sweet. The Spätlese and Auslese designations indicate late-harvest fruit, which in the cool Mosel climate yields wines of concentrated flavor and balanced sweetness rather than heaviness. These are wines built for food or contemplation, not decoration.
