Carl Graff
Carl Graff produces Riesling from the Mosel, Germany's most celebrated region for the variety. The winery's portfolio centers on Spätlese expressions—late-harvest Rieslings that capture the balance of ripeness and acidity the region is known for. The Riesling Spätlese and Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spätlese represent the core of the range, with the latter drawing from one of Mosel's distinguished vineyard sites. Piesporter Michelsberg Riesling Spätlese rounds out the lineup, offering a different terroir perspective within the region. Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast have both assessed the winery's releases. These are dry to off-dry wines built on Mosel's signature mineral precision and stone-fruit character, shaped by the region's steep slate slopes and cool climate.
