Cottini produces wines from Veneto in northern Italy, drawing on the region's distinctive winemaking traditions. The winery focuses on Valpolicella, the classic expression of the area's native grapes: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara. The Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore—a wine that undergoes extended maceration on dried grape skins—shows the depth and structure these varieties can achieve. The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, made from air-dried grapes, represents the richer, more concentrated end of the portfolio. Both wines have been assessed by Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, and Falstaff.
