De Meric
De Meric produces Champagne from the premier cru vineyards of the region. The house works primarily with Chardonnay, the elegant white grape that defines much of Champagne's finest expression. The Grande Reserve Sous Bois Brut, aged in wood, represents the upper tier of the portfolio and has drawn attention from Wine Spectator. A core Brut Champagne rounds out the range, offering the crisp, mineral character typical of Chardonnay-based sparkling wine. Both wines reflect the precision and balance that the Champagne region demands.
