Delacourt produces Champagne from the chalky soils and cool climate of France's northernmost wine region. The house works with the classic trio of Champagne grapes: Chardonnay for structure and minerality, Pinot Noir for depth, and Pinot Meunier for roundness. The Brut Champagne, a blend of all three varieties, anchors the portfolio with brightness and complexity. The Cuvée Rosé Brut, built from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir, brings the delicate color and subtle red-fruit character that defines the style. Both wines have been assessed by Decanter.
