Gargalo produces white wines from Galicia's Atlantic-influenced vineyards, where cool maritime conditions shape crisp, mineral-driven expressions. The winery works primarily with indigenous varieties: Godello, Treixadura, and Albariño—grapes that thrive in Galicia's granite soils and misty climate. Its flagship Godello displays the variety's characteristic structure and salinity, while Terra Rubia Godello–Treixadura blends the region's two most prestigious white grapes into a layered, complex wine. The Treixadura–Albariño bottling rounds out the portfolio, capturing the textural interplay between these complementary varieties.
