Gervais Gobillard

Gervais Gobillard produces Champagne from the region's three principal grapes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. The house releases a Brut Rosé, a Brut, and an Authentique Brut—each a blend of these varieties in different proportions. Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast have rated the portfolio, with the Brut Rosé receiving particular recognition among the three. The Brut and Authentique Brut follow in the lineup, each expressing the chalky minerality and fine bubbles characteristic of Champagne's terroir. These are dry, food-friendly expressions of the appellation's traditional method.
