The winery's Bardolino Chiaretto—a blend of Molinara, Rondinella, and Corvina—stands as its highest-rated expression, a rosé that captures the freshness and structure Bardolino is known for. The straight Bardolino, built on Corvina, follows in similar form: light-bodied and food-friendly, with the bright acidity characteristic of the region's volcanic soils. Custoza, a white blend of Trebbiano, Garganega, and Chardonnay, rounds out the portfolio with the minerality and balance typical of Veneto's white wines.
