Ichanka operates in Famatina, a subregion of La Rioja in Argentina's high-altitude wine country. The winery produces wines centered on Malbec, the signature red varietal of the region, alongside Bonarda and Sauvignon Blanc. The Sauvignon Blanc achieves notable freshness and aromatic clarity at elevation. The Single Vineyard Reserva Malbec–Bonarda blend demonstrates the regional character of Famatina's terroir, where Malbec develops deep color and structure while Bonarda adds texture and complexity.
