Oisly Thésée produces wines from Touraine, in the Middle Loire Valley. The winery focuses on two classical Loire varieties: Sauvignon Blanc and Gamay. Le Cerf Sauvignon Blanc Touraine and Les Gourmets Sauvignon Touraine represent the house's work with the region's signature white grape, which thrives in Touraine's cool continental climate and limestone soils. Sauvignon Blanc from this terroir typically expresses bright acidity and mineral character. The winery also works with Gamay, the light-bodied red of the Loire, seen in Vallée des Rois Gamay Touraine. Both Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator have rated the winery's releases.
