Penna Luigi Figli

Penna Luigi Figli works the Langhe hills of Piemonte, where the region's signature grapes thrive in limestone-rich soils and cool Alpine air. The winery produces Nebbiolo, the austere, high-tannin variety that defines the zone's most serious reds, alongside Dolcetto—softer and more approachable—and Arneis, a white of mineral precision. The Langhe Nebbiolo and Galante Superiore Dolcetto d'Alba represent the house's core expression of these varieties, while the Moiolo Langhe Arneis offers a crisp counterpoint. Wine Spectator has rated the portfolio. The winery's selections reflect the classical Langhe approach: wines built on varietal character and terroir rather than extraction or oak.
