Perlage produces Prosecco from Veneto, in the northeastern hills where Glera thrives on limestone-rich slopes. The winery's portfolio centers on the Prosecco Superiore designation—a category that demands lower yields and stricter production rules than standard Prosecco. Ca'Corniani Asolo Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry and Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore form the core of the range, both made from Glera and rated by Wine Enthusiast, Falstaff, and Wine Advocate. The Extra Dry style, with its fractionally higher residual sugar, balances the grape's natural acidity and stone-fruit character. Quorum Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry rounds out the selection. These are wines built on terroir specificity and the precision of the Prosecco method—a secondary fermentation in tank that preserves freshness and delicate aromatics.
