Ryme produces wines from California vineyards that span distinctive terroirs and grape varieties. The winery's portfolio centers on less conventional selections: Vermentino, a crisp white from Las Brisas Vineyard, and Aglianico in both still and rosé expressions from Camino Alto and Heringer vineyards. Aglianico, traditionally rooted in southern Italy, finds expression here in California's climate.
