These wines have been assessed by Decanter, Wine Spectator, and Wine Advocate. The Nest and SQM Cabernets both achieved average prestige ratings of 93.0, while The Gravels Chardonnay reached 93.0. North Island's terroir supports both red and white varietals, with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon thriving in warmer microclimates, while Chardonnay benefits from the region's cool nights and extended growing season.
