Herding Cats operates in South Africa's Western Cape, a region celebrated for its diversity of terroir and varietal expression. The winery's portfolio spans both red and white blends, anchored by a Cabernet Sauvignon–Shiraz that marries the structure of Cabernet with Shiraz's dark fruit intensity, and a Merlot–Pinotage that pairs Merlot's softness against Pinotage's distinctive spice and grip. A Chenin Blanc–Chardonnay rounds out the range, blending the aromatic lift and minerality of Chenin with Chardonnay's body and complexity.
