Pipeta produces wines from Castilla y León, Spain's vast interior plateau. The winery focuses on two of the region's defining grapes: Tempranillo, which yields structured reds across the area's premier denominations, and Verdejo, the aromatic white that has become synonymous with the region's cool-climate viticulture. The Tempranillo Toro expresses the power and concentration characteristic of that subregion's terroir, while the Verdejo captures the mineral precision and freshness Castilla y León whites are known for.
