Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you're interested in a wine list curated by trade professionals with access to smaller allocations. It's a destination for those who want to drink with purpose rather than just socialize.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

It's for locals, wine enthusiasts, and trade-adjacent drinkers who enjoy a focused, knowledge-driven program. It suits after-work drinks, low-key dates, or small groups where the wine is the main event.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Engage with the curated list. Ask the staff for context on producers or for a bottle that illustrates the bar's editorial logic. The food is designed to pair with the wine, not stand alone.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Bookings are taken via phone (0420 322 715). The bar is only open Friday and Saturday from 4pm, so planning ahead is advised.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

It's only open two nights a week (Friday and Saturday) in a converted industrial space in Bowden. Come ready to talk wine and follow suggestions from the knowledgeable team.
