Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you're wine-minded. The 2-Star World of Fine Wine accreditation is a reliable signal of a serious, curated list built for exploration, not just a standard bar offering.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

It's for date nights, casual meet-ups, and small groups where wine is the focal point. The relaxed, neighbourhood setting and shareable menu suit gatherings centered on discovery over formal dining.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Treat it as a wine destination first. Lean on staff recommendations from the rotating list of small-producer bottles. For food, the signature prawn roll, roast chicken, and mussels are designed for sharing.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Book directly. It's open seven days from noon until late, functioning as a neighbourhood spot, but its reputation means tables can be in demand, especially on weekends.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

The wine list changes as the team's sourcing focus shifts, so don't expect the same bottle from a previous visit. It's a place to settle in and explore, not to pass through quickly.
