Its central premise is a direct corkage arrangement: you can select any bottle from the adjacent shop's deep inventory of over 3,500 wines and pay a modest fee to drink it on-site. This model offers access to cellar depth and producer relationships that a conventional bar list can't match, rewarding informed drinkers without excluding the curious. The room itself is a cosy, convivial space with a European bistro feel. It operates as the dedicated drinking room for the retail floor, a format more common in European wine cities than in Australia. It's open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, with corkage available for both sessions.
