Focus on the signature proteins showcasing Australian produce: the Darling Downs Angus beef tenderloin, pork belly, or dry-aged Hawkesbury duck breast. Plan for a multi-course meal to match the leisurely pace of the revolving room.

How do you get a table?

Book via SevenRooms. Reservations are essential, especially for dinner and window seats. Consider lunch for clearer views and potentially greater availability.

Anything to know before you go?
