RAUSCH occupies the former space of Gustav, where chef Jochim Busch earned a Michelin star. The current iteration is a chic, minimalist room with an open kitchen, offering a more accessible, structured meal. The format is a four- or five-course set menu with a couple of optional additions, featuring delicately plated modern dishes built on contrasting flavors and high-quality produce, like poached cod with grilled mussels. Service is laid-back and attentive, making it suited for date nights or business dinners in Frankfurt's Westend.
