Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

If you're in the city center and seeking a focused, hands-on dumpling meal, yes. It's a specific format rather than a broad-menu Chinese restaurant.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Small groups and couples looking for a casual, shared-plate dinner where the food is the main event. It suits regulars and those wanting to watch dumplings being made.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Start with the signature pork and Chinese cabbage dumplings. Round out the meal with a classic main like the sweet and sour chicken or kung pao chicken.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Book via OpenTable. Given the compact room, reservations are advised.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

The venue is inside Drury Hall, not a street-front shop. It's a small, focused operation; expect a lively, casual atmosphere centered on the kitchen.
