Good to know

Is it worth going out of your way for?: Yes, if you want a Michelin-starred meal that is a direct expression of the Alta Molise landscape. The drive through the Apennines is part of the experience.
Who is it for?: It's for romantic dinners, small special occasions, and anyone seeking a quieter, contemplative meal rooted in provenance and seasonal, mountain-grown ingredients.
What should you order?: Lean into dishes that highlight the region's core ingredients: lamb, local pork, foraged herbs, pulses, and mountain cheeses like caciocavallo and scamorza.
How do you get a table?: Reservations are essential and can be made via TheFork.
Anything to know before you go?: It's located outside Agnone's town centre in the countryside proper. The dress code is smart-casual, and guestrooms are available for an overnight stay.
