Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you're on Lake Maggiore and want a Michelin-recognised, mid-priced meal that seriously sources its ingredients. The lake views from the former ferry house enhance the modern Italian cooking.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

It's for date nights or special-occasion dinners where a refined but relaxed atmosphere, a view of the water, and ingredient-led cooking matter more than a multi-hour tasting menu.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Lean into the lake-and-land ethos. Look for freshwater fish like lavarello or perch, seasonal mushrooms, and the signature dishes: Matcha Spaghettoni, Sturgeon Steak, or the stuffed courgette flower.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Reservations are essential, especially for a waterside table. Book directly by phone at the number listed on their Instagram bio.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

It's closed Monday and Tuesday. Dinner service starts at 7:30 p.m., which is the ideal time to experience the lakeside setting. The format is thoughtful, relaxed dining.
