Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you want Michelin-starred Italian cooking at a notably accessible price point compared to Tampa's other starred restaurants. The Piedmontese focus and tableside preparations offer a distinct experience within the city.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

For those seeking technical, ingredient-focused Italian food without a white-tablecloth formality. It works for a casual, value-conscious lunch at Armature Works or a more deliberate, special-occasion dinner.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Start with the tableside mozzarella. Then focus on the house-made pastas that showcase the northern Italian technique, particularly the agnolotti and the tagliolini al ragù.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Reservations are booked via Resy.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

The experience shifts between lunch and dinner. Lunch is more casual and accessible, while dinner allows for the full, paced Piedmontese dining tradition the Michelin star recognizes.
