Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you're in Puglia and seeking a contemporary, seafood-focused meal in a dramatic coastal setting. The Michelin Plate recognition confirms consistent intent, and the clifftop balcony view is integral to the experience.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Couples or small groups looking for a considered, slow-paced coastal dinner. It's positioned above casual trattorie, ideal for those who want ingredient-led dining where the day's catch from the Adriatic sets the menu.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Follow the sea. The menu is built around the morning's catch, but signature reference points include the fish carpaccio, fusilli with cuttlefish, octopus with nduja, and charcoal-cooked turbot. Prioritize fresh seafood preparations.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Book directly with the restaurant. Given its Michelin recognition and prime clifftop location in a popular tourist town, reservations are essential, especially for dinner and in summer.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

This is a dinner destination. Expect a multi-course, slow-paced meal where the charcoal-cooked seafood mains follow lighter starters. The price point is mid-to-upper, reflecting its contemporary format and setting.
