Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for a direct, unfussy taste of coastal Campanian cooking in a scenic, low-key cove setting. It's a contrast to the more performative dining found in showpiece towns like Positano.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Diners seeking authenticity and a quietly scenic setting over glitzy coastal theater. It suits those looking for a calmer, more rooted meal, often after visiting the busier towns.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Focus on the seafood and house-made pasta. Signature dishes include risotto con limone e gamberetti, tubetti con i totani (pasta with squid), and linguine alle vongole (with clams).

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Reservations are recommended. The restaurant is located at Via Marina di Praia, accessible on foot down a steep path from the coastal road.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

The approach is on foot down a steep path to the small cove. The atmosphere is simple and familiar, with an emphasis on straightforward, locality-driven cooking rather than elaborate ceremony.
