Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for the unique combination of its intimate seaside setting and modern Sicilian fine dining. The 12-seat glass platform overlooking the water is a distinctive experience in Taormina.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Couples and small groups celebrating a special occasion who want a scenic, sensory meal. It's built for evenings that trade scenery for a full tasting sequence, with a relaxed formality compared to starred peers.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Focus on the seafood-led signatures and seasonal catch. Start with the langoustine with pear and caviar or the bitter ravioli with Tuma Persa cheese and bottarga. The eel with Granny Smith cider and the pigeon with banana and berries also showcase the kitchen's approach.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Book via TheFork. Given the limited 12-seat capacity, reservations are essential.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

It's open for dinner only, Tuesday through Sunday. The à la carte option allows for a shorter meal if you don't want a full tasting menu, which is practical on warm summer evenings when you want time to enjoy the view.
