Diners looking for an elevated, ingredient-led dinner experience. The composed atmosphere and watchable open kitchen suit date nights, small special occasions, and polished business dinners.

Question 3

What should you order?

Focus on dishes showcasing Trentino's larder, like the Tataki di carne salada, Cannelloni ripieni di coniglio, or Guancia di manzo al Teroldego. The menu is driven by regional ingredients reworked with contemporary technique.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Book via Covermanager. Note that the full 'grande carte' menu requires advance ordering when you reserve; the lunch menu is more accessible without pre-arrangement.

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

Confirm which menu format applies when you book. The restaurant is closed on Sundays. The dining room is a contemporary space set within a historic vaulted ceiling, creating an intimate but not rustic atmosphere.
