Start with the house signatures: Battuta di manzo (beef tartare), Tagliolini alla San Daniele (pasta with cured ham), and Risotto allo sclopit. Pair them with white wines from the surrounding Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC, particularly those grown on the local 'ponca' soils.

Anything to know before you go?
