Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you want a direct, ingredient-led encounter with Asturian cooking. Its OAD Casual Europe listing and strong local reputation signal a kitchen focused on regional sourcing and consistent execution.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Locals and visitors seeking honest Asturian flavors without fine-dining theater. It suits relaxed dinners, casual meet-ups, or date nights where the meal itself is the occasion.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Focus on regional specialties. Start with the bonito in escabeche, consider the fabada asturiana as a benchmark, and finish with the signature chocolate tart. Pair with a local sidra natural.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Book ahead. It is closed on weekends.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

It's a weekday-only operation on a working-city avenue, not a tourist row. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, with the food as the main focus.
