Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for the rooftop pool and bar, which is one of the city's more consistent refined social spaces with panoramic views. The hotel's location between two historic neighborhoods also makes it a strategic base for exploring Barcelona's bar scene.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Travelers who prioritize neighborhood access and considered design over generic chain-hotel polish. It suits business travelers and style-minded visitors looking for a composed base close to both historic cocktail institutions and newer bars.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

The experience is centered on the rooftop. Visit for drinks and the view; the hotel is also home to Can Bo restaurant. Use the location as a starting point for a bar crawl to nearby spots like Boadas or Dry Martini.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

For the rooftop, access is typically for hotel guests and, when space allows, outside visitors. Reservations for the hotel itself should be made directly through its booking channels.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

Expect a formal arrival with a doorman and facade. The rooftop operates as a social hub primarily from April through October. The hotel sits on a busy boulevard, offering a deliberate contrast of calm inside to the city energy outside.
