Little Jarana

Little Jarana is a chef-driven bistro on a residential Palma street, operating at the serious end of the city's informal dining scene. Chef Abraham Artigas runs a focused, 19-seat room with an open kitchen, serving a Mediterranean sharing menu built around dishes like gnocchi with cockles and bottarga and anchovies with bread and butter. The format is deliberate: no soft drinks, beer, or coffee, just a wine and vermouth list built almost entirely around small producers, designed for a meal that unfolds incrementally over several shared plates.
