It's for anyone prioritizing fresh, locally landed seafood in a casual, family-friendly setting. It suits groups looking for a communal paella or diners who appreciate a menu that changes with the day's catch.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Focus on the day's catch, but signature dishes include the seafood paella, espardenyes (sea cucumbers), and Palamós prawns. Ask the staff what arrived fresh from the boats that morning.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Plan around its primary lunch service, which runs daily from 1 to 4 p.m. Dinner is only served on Fridays and Saturdays from 8 to 11 p.m. It's a short walk from the Arenys de Mar train station, making it a viable day trip from Barcelona.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

The menu is dictated by the harbor's yield, so be flexible. It's a casual, bright space with a terrace overlooking the water. Check the hours, as the kitchen closes between lunch and the limited weekend dinner service.
