Good to know

Is it worth going out of your way for?: Yes, if you are specifically interested in natural, low-intervention wines from Spain and the Balearics, particularly Mallorcan varieties. It fills a niche not widely served by Palma's standard retail.
Who is it for?: Curious locals and visitors wanting to deepen their knowledge of contemporary winemaking, discover producers outside the mainstream, and explore Mallorca's own appellations and grapes.
What should you order?: Ask staff for guidance on bottles described as 'living' or 'sincere' and for recommendations from Mallorca's appellations like Binissalem and Pla i Llevant, focusing on native varieties such as Manto Negro and Prensal Blanc.
How do you get a table?: It is a bottle shop, not a restaurant. The shop operates by appointment; contact them via direct message on Instagram.
Anything to know before you go?: The shop specializes in distribution to hospitality businesses but also offers retail by appointment. Be prepared for vintage variation in these artisanal wines.
