Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

If you are planning a special occasion where a dramatic Bosphorus view is as important as the meal, yes. The Michelin Plate signals reliable cooking, but the primary draw is the setting and the consistent, upscale experience it provides for milestone dinners.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Couples celebrating anniversaries, visitors seeking a classic Istanbul spectacle, and business diners needing an impressive, frictionless evening. It’s for those who prioritize a guaranteed upscale atmosphere and a view over culinary innovation.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

The focus is on the international menu and reliability. Lean into composed, familiar dishes rather than seeking experimentation. The kitchen’s consecutive Michelin recognition suggests it delivers consistently on its format.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Book directly in advance, especially for dinner. Request a Bosphorus-facing table to secure the view that defines the experience.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

Aim to arrive before sunset to experience the approach through Ulus Park and the full drama of the water vista. The restaurant operates until 1:30 AM, accommodating late evenings.
