Address: 19 Regency Square, BN1 2FG, Brighton, United Kingdom, Brighton, united-kingdom

Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for the unique, artist-decorated rooms and the sea-view location. It's a specific experience for those who value character over chain-hotel consistency.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Travellers who prize individuality, art-minded guests, and boutique seekers looking for a distinct, non-corporate stay on Brighton's seafront.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

The focus is on the cocktails and the seasonal, open-grill cooking at the on-site Blakes restaurant.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Book via the venue's website, as noted in its Instagram bio. With only 23 rooms in a single townhouse, availability can be limited, so book early for specific dates.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

Expect real variation from room to room—'unpredictability is the point.' Review room descriptions and photos before booking, and come with an open mind for the artist-made interiors.
