Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you're seeking a classic, high-quality steakhouse with a serious wine program. Its OAD ranking and Star Wine List White Star credential set it apart from more formulaic grills.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

It's for business dinners, date nights, and celebratory meals where a substantial steak and a thoughtful bottle are the main event. The Mayfair setting and buzzy atmosphere suit diners who want confidence in both the cut and the cellar.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Focus on a signature dry-aged cut like the ribeye, porterhouse, or New York striploin. Build your meal around that single main and choose sides accordingly. Engage the staff for wine pairing advice to leverage the serious list.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Book via OpenTable. It's a dinner-first destination, so reservations for evening slots, especially post-work and weekends, are advised.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

Expect to spend around $80 per person. The room has a classic New York grill feel with dark wood and leather. Lunch service runs into the afternoon, making it suitable for longer, leisurely meals.
