Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you're seeking a considered, modern Indian meal in a relaxed neighbourhood setting. It's a destination for southwest London and worth the trip from across the river.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

It's for date nights, small celebrations, and anyone planning an evening around the table rather than as a prelude to something else. The pace is deliberate and conversation-friendly.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Signature dishes include the lamb shank rogan josh, Keralan sea bass, beef-fat naan, and burrata chaat. The menu is focused, so pick a few standout items to savour.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Book ahead via Sevenrooms. This is not a walk-in venue; tables are limited and the restaurant operates on a planned, reservation-based rhythm.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

Expect an unhurried, course-led service. Allow time between plates and plan to linger—this is a meal to be enjoyed, not rushed.
