Good to know

Is it worth going out of your way for?: It's a reliable downtown spot for Southern comfort food with a lively patio scene, especially on Friday nights for the drum circle.
Who is it for?: Hotel guests, downtown visitors, and groups looking for a casual, crowd-pleasing meal of fried chicken, nachos, and shrimp bowls in a vibrant setting.
What should you order?: The Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Alabama white sauce, the Seared Crab Cakes, or the Grilled Chicken & Pimento Cheese Nachos.
How do you get a table?: Walk-ins are the standard. It's inside a hotel, so it's built for volume, but the prime patio seats fill up on weekends.
Anything to know before you go?: The patio overlooks Pritchard Park, which hosts a loud, energetic drum circle every Friday night. It's a feature, not a bug.
