Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

For those in Charlotte seeking a serious, format-specific pasta experience, yes. It fills a gap in the local scene for a restaurant built entirely around the ritual of craft pasta and cocktails.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

It's for neighborhood diners, post-work meals, and anyone wanting a straightforward, satisfying bowl in a convivial setting. It suits quick dinners and casual nights out where the food is the focus.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Order directly from the four-course prix fixe menu, which is built around its craft pasta offerings. The service rhythm is designed for the pasta to arrive ready to eat, so embrace the single-course focus.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Booking is direct. Given its location on a walkable strip among other independent venues, walk-ins are also plausible, especially for midweek dinners.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

It's a four-course prix fixe concept. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. The atmosphere is cozy and buzzing, centered on the craft cocktail bar within a historic 19th-century house.
