Name: Volo Restaurant Wine Bar
Address: 2008 West Roscoe Street, 60618, Chicago, United States, Chicago, united-states

Question 1

Is it worth going out of your way for?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you want a genuine neighborhood wine bar experience—low-key, credible, and built for lingering—rather than a destination for technical showmanship.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Locals and visitors who prefer a conversational, unpressured evening. It suits low-key dates, solo drinkers, or anyone who wants to spend hours over a bottle without a formal tasting sequence.

Question 3

What should you order?

Accepted Answer

Lean on the staff for guidance. The list is geared toward discovery, so ask them to point you toward something unfamiliar and plan to order deliberately over the course of a long visit.

Question 4

How do you get a table?

Accepted Answer

Walk-in. It's a neighborhood spot with a modest façade and word-of-mouth pull, not a booked-out destination. The award-winning covered patio with cabanas is a key draw.

Question 5

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

It's closed Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday. Opens at 4 PM Wednesday through Saturday. The pace is slow and conversational; this is a place to settle in, not rush through.
