Good to know

Is it worth going out of your way for?: It's a solid choice if you're already exploring Aquidneck Island and seek a quieter, ingredient-focused meal. It's a neighborhood option for thoughtful vegan comfort food.
Who is it for?: Locals, return visitors, and those who have done Newport and want a relaxed alternative. It suits casual family meals, weekend brunches, and solo diners looking for steady, plate-driven food.
What should you order?: Focus on the kitchen's strengths: start with the vegan crab cakes, then try comforting mains like the mac & cheese or a burger. Ask about any seasonal specials or local seafood offerings.
How do you get a table?: Walk-ins are likely, given its neighborhood positioning. It's open Thursday through Saturday 11 AM–8 PM and for Sunday brunch 11 AM–3 PM; it's closed Monday through Wednesday.
Anything to know before you go?: It's a casual, welcoming space. The menu is entirely plant-based, interpreting coastal comfort classics. It's in a quieter, more residential part of Middletown, not on the waterfront.
