Good to know

Is it worth going out of your way for?: If you're seeking a formal French dining destination, no. If you want a sprawling, browsable market hall for casual French food culture—grocery, café, and bistro counters all in one place—it's a unique and practical spot in Lower Manhattan.
Who is it for?: Locals and travelers who value everyday market browsing, quick purchases, and informal socializing. It suits solo visitors grabbing a bite, friends meeting casually, or small groups assembling plates from different counters.
What should you order?: Approach it as a marché: browse the multiple counters and assemble a meal. Mix items from the bakery, crêpe station, smash burger counter, and pizza oven for a market-style sampling.
How do you get a table?: It's primarily counter service and communal seating. You order at the various stalls and find a spot in the shared dining area; no formal reservations are required.
Anything to know before you go?: It's open daily from early morning until evening, with slightly shorter hours on weekends. Expect counter-style interactions and shareable portions rather than table service.
