The winery's flagship Minervois blends Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon into a wine of substance and balance. Minervois la Livinière, sourced from a more restricted appellation within the region, draws on Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah—varieties that thrive in Minervois's warm, rocky terrain and yield wines with depth and spice.
