Abrigo Giovanni
Abrigo Giovanni produces wines from Langhe, the heart of Piemonte in northern Italy. The winery works with the region's classical varieties: Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto—grapes that thrive in these limestone and clay soils and define the character of the area. The Barolo Ravera, made from Nebbiolo, represents the region's most structured expression, built for aging and complexity. Marminela Barbera d'Alba showcases the mid-weight elegance Barbera achieves in these hills, with acidity and earth-driven character. The Garabei Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba Superiore captures the lighter, fruit-forward side of the portfolio. These wines have been assessed by Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine Advocate. The winery's focus remains on the traditional grapes and terroirs that have long defined Langhe.
