Achillée
Achillée produces wines from Alsace, the northeastern French region celebrated for aromatic whites and mineral-driven expressions. The winery's Schieferberg Riesling, made from the classic Alsatian variety, demonstrates the region's capacity for complexity and structure. Alongside its Riesling program, Achillée works with Pinot Noir—less typical for Alsace but increasingly explored there—in still and sparkling formats. The Crémant d'Alsace Blanc de Noir Zéro Dosage, a dry sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir, and the Pinot Noir Granite reflect the winery's engagement with the region's diverse terroirs and grape possibilities. Wines from Achillée have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Falstaff, and Decanter.
